Cylindrical roller bearings are bearings with cylindrical rollers for radial rolling motion. The internal structure of the roller bearing adopts a parallel arrangement of rollers, with spacer rings or isolation blocks installed between the rollers to prevent the rollers from tilting or rubbing against each other, preventing the increase in rotational torque.
Cylindrical rollers and raceways are in line contact bearings. With large load capacity, they mainly bear radial loads. The friction the rolling elements and the ring shoulders is small, making them suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the rings have shoulders, they can be divided into single-row cylindrical bearings such as NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF, etc., and double-row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNU, NN, etc. This type bearing has a structure where the inner and outer rings can be separated.
Cylindrical roller bearings with no shoulders on the inner or outer rings allow the inner and outer rings move relatively axially, so they can be used as free-end bearings. In a cylindrical roller bearing with double shoulders on one side of the inner and outer rings and a single on the other side of the ring, it can withstand a certain degree of one-way axial load. Generally, stamped steel cage retainers or solid brass machined retainers are. However, there are also some that use nylon molded retainers.
Features:
1. The rollers and raceways are in line contact or slightly modified line contact with large radial load capacity, suitable for heavy loads and impact loads.
2. The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and the limit speed is close to that deep groove ball bearings.
3. N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the relative position change of shaft and housing caused by thermal expansion or installation, and can be used as free end support.
4. High requirements for shaft or housing machining, after bearing installation, the relative deflection of the outer ring axis needs be strictly controlled to avoid causing contact stress concentration.
5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated, which is convenient for installation and disassembly [1]. :
1. N0000 type with no shoulder on the outer ring and NU0000 type with no shoulder on the inner ring, cylindrical roller bearings This type of bearing can accept larger radial loads, has a high limit speed, does not restrict the axial displacement of the shaft or housing, and cannot accept axial loads.
2 Cylindrical roller bearings with shoulders on both the inner and outer rings, NJ0000 type, NF0000 type bearings can restrict the axial displacement the shaft or housing in one direction, and can accept a small amount of unidirectional axial load. NU0000 HJ0000 type,0000 HJ0000 type, NUP0000 type bearings, can restrict the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in two directions within axial clearance range of the imported bearings, and can accept a small amount of bidirectional axial load. Accuracy grade: Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into PO P6, P5, P4, P2 according to the accuracy grade. The accuracy grade is arranged from low to high.
Application: Large and medium-sized motors railway vehicles, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reducers, rolling mills, vibrating screens, and lifting and transportation machinery, etc
